My name is Renton Ball. I have worked in the hospitality industry for 44 years. I have worked in almost all of the areas of the industry, mainly in the kitchen. I have worked from Michelin to Industrial catering and everything in between. I owned my own catering business for 8years in Jersey Channel Islands where most of my career began.
Theres very little that I don’t understand about the industry, so it became an obvious business choice to set up a chef recruitment agency, because I understand your needs as a business owner in this competitive industry.
The chefs I can supply to you are carefully selected. I have vetted them all to make sure they can fill the gaps in your establishment. They are all experienced for over 5 years, hold hygiene certificates, insurance, pay their own taxes and National Insurance.
Having worked in many kitchens I understand the pressure chefs encounter when the brigade in the kitchen is short of chefs. This puts your existing chefs under further pressure which can lead to further staff shortages.
If your chefs go sick for any reason, or takes holiday leave, or gives notice, my mission is to help you to maintain your food standards by hiring a chef that you can be confident of. You will have a good quality experienced chef at a competitive rate as compared to other agencies.
