HOW WILL YOU BENEFIT FROM OUR SERVICES?
Renton Ball is the Managing director of WENEEDACHEF, and he pledges to provide you with the best possible service with excellent, vetted and experienced chefs, which have all been carefully selected to fit in with your establishment. All of the chefs have a minimum of five years experience, and most have worked in reputable and rosette or better graded establishments.
Renton has worked in the industry for over 40 years and for the last 30 years as a head chef in a wide variety of catering establishments from Michelin star to industrial and school catering and everything in between!
Renton will be happy to visit you and help you and discuss your needs in the kitchen, within a 50-mile radius of the office based in Corsham. Most arrangement however are easily arranged by phone or e mail.
WENEEDACHEF has been created to be a more affordable way to fill the chef gaps in your kitchen. Walk outs, holiday, sickness or the one-month gap between notice having been given and recruiting the next chef.
All our chefs are self-employed freelance. They all contact us with their rates according to the skill level of the job you need filled. We then discuss this with you for your approval before the agreed assignment. All our chefs ask to be paid following their invoice usually on Fridays, but they all have their own terms.
At WENEEDACHEF we believe that we offer a competitive fee charge. For fees relating to temporary and permanent chefs please click below.
Should you need a chef at short notice i.e. in under a week, then we will endeavour to find you a chef, however, we cannot always guarantee that our chefs are not already assigned.
WENEEDACHEF can also help you with HACCP organising in accordance with the local authorities’ requirements by law. If you need to know why your menu isn’t working, then Renton can look at how it may be improved. On occasions a menu may not fit well with your local market. There will be a charge of £20.00 per hour for this service.
